These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use shall be submitted for exclusive resolution by the Seoul Central District Court as the court of first instance.

The English language version of these Terms of Use are controlling in all respects, notwithstanding any translation of these Terms of Use.
Privacy
1. Types of personal data we collect and use
The Sunfull Foundation does not directly collect nor save user information through this website beyond recording information required for compliance with the provisions of personal information protection under the relevant laws and regulations such as the Republic of Korea’s Protection of Communications Secrets Act, Personal Information Protection Act, Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (e.g. IP addresses and dates & times of visits to the site).
If you contact us via email or a contact page, we will retain your name and email address.
2. How and for what purpose we use your personal data
We may use your data to:
- verify your identity;
- provide you with user support and improve our services based on your feedback;
- administer the website including troubleshooting;
- enforce and notify you of changes to our terms of service, conditions and policies; and
- communicate with you.
In order to comply with our legal obligations and as necessary to perform tasks in the public interest or to protect the vital interests of our users and other people, we use your data to help us prevent and respond to abuse, fraud, illegal activity and other potentially harmful content relating to the website.
3. Who else will access your personal data and how we share your data
We will never provide your information to any third-parties without your express permission except for the circumstances below.
We may share your IP address with our comment hosting provider, LiveRe, in order to show you nominations that have already been submitted.
If you want to submit a nomination, this is done through the LiveRe comment hosting system, which requires you authenticate who you are by logging into LiveRe using a social networking account. LiveRe does not provide your social networking account information to the Sunfull Foundation.
We nor LiveRe place web browser cookies on your device other than session cookies once you have logged in to LiveRe. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser tab or leave our site.
4. How long do we keep your personal data
We retain your data for as long as it is necessary to provide you with the service so that we can fulfil our obligations and rights in relation to the data involved. However, there are occasions where we are likely to keep this data for longer in accordance with our legal obligations or where it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
5. Children
When we collect personal information for children under the age of 14, we collect the minimum personal information necessary to perform the service with the consent of the legal representative.
6. Destruction of personal data
We destroy the personal data without delay when the personal data becomes unnecessary, such as the retention period has expired or the purpose for which we have collected your personal data has been achieved.
If it is necessary to maintain the personal data in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, we will move the personal data to a separate database or store the same in a different storage location.

- the right to request free of charge (i) confirmation of whether we process your personal data and (ii) access to a copy of the personal data we process about you;
